I have 20+ years of professional experience, 15+ of them in the specialty chemicals and ingredients market, including nine years in executive commercial roles at Solvay and Syensqo. Later I worked inside founder-led startups that sold to the same customers at a very different speed.
In every one of those companies, good people lost hours to admin: CRM entries, follow-ups, reports, calls that came in after hours. The software we bought rarely helped. Every AI demo fell apart the moment it met a real 18-month sales cycle.
opencream.ai is what I wanted back then: someone who finds the work that eats the most time, builds the AI that takes it over, and keeps it running. At opencream.partners I still work as fractional CBO/CCO for specialty chemical and ingredient companies. At corial.app we turned the CRM problem from those years into a product.
